Ray White held its Biannual Awards 2022 in Jakarta on Aug. 25, 2022 as a way to express its appreciation for all marketing executives and branch offices for giving their best in making the highest achievements in the first half of the year.

The Australian company has become a household name with several local branches, and is now known as one of the most trusted companies in Indonesia’s real estate sector.
“This year, Ray White again won the Top Brand 2022 award [in] the Property Agent category for its 10th year in a row,” said Johann Boyke Nurtanio, Country Director of Ray White in Indonesia.
“As a real estate company with 25 years of experience in Indonesia and 120 years in Australasia, we have been through so many triumphs as well as challenges, and even crisis. This shows a high level of the public’s trust [in us],” he said.
Last year’s ceremony for the regional awards was held in Surabaya, while the national awards were held in Jakarta. The Biannual Awards highlights the company’s performance in maintaining steady sales despite the challenges of the last couple of years.
Among the most prestigious award categories are the Top 15 Offices, Top 3 Regional Offices and Top 15 Marketing Executives Based on Commissions. The Top 15 Offices went to Ray White Prestige Kelapa Gading, led by Wilson Ho, while the first and second runner-ups respectively went to Ray White Sunter, led by Anna Kurniawati, and Ray White Diponegoro, led by Andy Suanda.
Meanwhile, Ray White Diponegoro led by Andy Suanda, along with Ray White CBD Surabaya headed by Tjipto Kaharudin, and Ray White Sutami headed by Fransisca Maria, were awarded the Top 3 Regional Offices.
Ray White’s Top 15 Marketing Executives Based on Commissions was awarded to winner Felix Budy from Ray White Commercial, with Ardy Sutanto from Ray White Citraland and Lily from Ray White Sunter awarded second and third place, respectively.
“Congratulations to the principals for their success in being good and inspirational leaders to their team with the ability to adapt to change. Now is the time to show the world who you really are and the values you represent. Continue to grow in focus, creativity and courage,” said Johann on celebrating the winners.
“We believe that customer experience can be delivered consistently only when the entire team is engaged. And the entire team can only become engaged through strong leadership at various levels. So the value of our customer experience is a reflection of [our] leadership qualities,” he added, underlining how proud he was of the company’s achievements in the first half of 2022.
Ray White’s sister company, Loan Market Indonesia, followed the Biannual Awards with its own award ceremony. Established in 2014, the company is the first loan broker in Indonesia and has been registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) since 2019.
In addition to appreciating and motivating their employees through the Biannual Awards, Ray White maintains a strong commitment to professional development, allowing its marketing executives to continue to grow their skills in the property business through regularly held training workshops.
It also arms its employees with technological innovations, such as a custom-built mobile app, to help them deliver their best.
Last year, Ray White launched the Mobile Whiteboard as a one-stop internal communication platform, offering menus such as Business Solutions, Brand Central, Awards and Recognition, Events and News, as well as training materials. It has also provided the One System features upgrade that can automatically convert photos of all listings into slideshow videos. Meanwhile, it successfully launched a new customer relationship management (CRM) platform called VaultRE, which is more sophisticated than its predecessor.
“Real estate agents will not be replaced by technology. However, real estate agents will be replaced by tech-savvy real estate agents,” Johann emphasized.
