T Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) joined forces with PT Aneka Tambang (ANTAM) by distributing funding to the small and micro businesses programs (PUMK) to help tempeh business groups in Kampung Sawah, Johar Baru district, Central Jakarta, on Thursday.
The loan program implemented to increase the added value of the community's economy, especially those around ANTAM's and PNM's operational areas, in which target communities with micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This time, PNM has been conducting PUMK programs start by collecting surveys, evaluating prospective fostered partners and distribution to five fostered partners around Jakarta and West Kalimantan with a total value of Rp 350 million in PUMK distribution, which includes the tempeh business sector.
“This program is the obligation of every state-owned company to support the activities of micro, small and medium enterprises. For this reason, PNM cooperates with ANTAM as part of the BUMN mining holding company MIND ID, which is also committed to advancing the community's economy in all sectors as a manifestation of the company's social and environmental responsibility [TJSL]," said Lienda Diana, PNM Jakarta branch manager.
The MSME program implemented in order to increase the added value of the community's economy. The activity was attended by Ni Made Ayu Wina as a representative from the ANTAM Small and Medium Enterprise Partnership Program (SMEPP) Bureau and M. Hendry Cahya P as supporting manager of the Jakarta branch of PNM.
Up until Oct. 16 PNM had disbursed financing of Rp 146.43 trillion to 12.9 million PNM Mekaar customers. Currently, PNM has 4,138 service offices throughout Indonesia serving MSMEs in 34 provinces, 422 regencies/cities and 5,640 sub-districts.
