T Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) is collaborating with Karya Digital Madani (KDM) through a capacity development program to organize Community Leaders training sessions with the theme Quality PNM Members Supporting MSMEs to Level Up. It was attended by 3,000 participants including PNM Mekaar customers (branch leader and account officers). The event was held simultaneously in Bekasi, Depok, Subang and Tangerang on Friday and Bogor, Indramayu, Serang and Sukabumi on Saturday.
The title Community Leader is given to PNM Mekaar staff who support micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) customers in small groups to develop themselves and level up. This program was inseparable from the commitment of PNM to provide mentorship and emotional support as well as business knowledge to help MSMEs thrive.
Attending the event were PNM Bekasi leader Petrus Agus Mulyono, PNM Depok leader Erwin Syafriadi, PNM Bogor leader Turmuzi, PNM leader Indramayu Irmana, PNM Serang leader Nanang Komarudin, PNM Subang leader Jimi Firmansyah, PNM Sukabumi leader Mohammad Resya Apriansyah, PNM Tangerang leader Andrea Prasetya, PNM’s business capacity development division head YR Wijayandaru, PNM’s human capital development division head Rahardian Tri Nugroho, the central business capacity development team, the central capital development team as well as speakers from Karya Digital Madani and Rahasia Gadis.
The training will be conducted nationally, featuring entertainment such as traditional dance, stand-up comedy and a band performance from the employee and staff of PNM branch offices. There will also be classes and workshops together with social media events such as Bakool, UMKM Cool Products, Learn with PNM and Talk with PNM. Every activity will be done under strict protocols.
As of Oct. 20, PNM has disbursed microloans totaling Rp 147.37 trillion (US$9.43 billion) to 12.93 million PNM Mekaar customers. PNM has over 3,507 PNM Mekaar offices and 688 PNM ULaMM service branches across Indonesia’s 34 provinces, including 422 regencies and cities and 5,640 districts.
