oward the end of 2022, PNM has successfully gained two international awards simultaneously for “Best New Sukuk Sustainable Finance” and “Best New Sukuk Indonesia,” held by The Asset Triple A Islamic Finance Awards at the Four Seasons Hotel in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday.

PT Permodalan Nasional Madani welcomes the nominations for the leadership of the international industry, where all nominees have given significant contributions for sustainable development from the banking industry or Islamic finance.

The Asset Triple A Islamic Finance Award is the most prestigious award in the sharia financial industry, which has become one of the breakthroughs in global finance that is able to develop rapidly and show much promise.

In September 2022, PNM issued MTN Sukuk with a total outstanding of Rp 3.9 trillion (US$251 million) and total outstanding bond issues of Rp 842 billion.

PNM is a leading financial institution, increasing added value in a sustainable manner for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that have an important role for underprivileged mothers in Indonesia. PNM's form of consistency supports the economy with a total of 12.96 million customers as of Oct. 27 and has disbursed financing of Rp 148.6 trillion to PNM Mekaar customers. Currently, PNM has 4,213 service offices throughout Indonesia serving MSMEs in 34 provinces, 513 regencies/cities and 6,632 subdistricts. PNM has an outstanding of Rp 33.5 trillion with the majority of employees being women and millennials.
