Dinecation is a room package that includes dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast the next day, featuring a dinner menu that has been specially prepared by the chef for guests to enjoy.
“The culinary team has created a menu of selected favorites to serve guests. We offer a Nusantara [Indonesian] menu and a Western menu for the main course. There are three options for each menu, and includes sliced fruits and cake for dessert,” said Head Chef Samuel Adi.
A peek at the exclusive Dinecation menu shows that guests can choose between rendang (stewed spiced beef), sup buntut (oxtail soup), ayam woku (Manadonese-style stewed spicy chicken) and salmon sambal matah (salmon with raw sambal) from the Nusantara menu, or between seared salmon, grilled chicken and spaghetti aglio e olio from the Western menu.
The best part is that this is one of the best staycation packages available. As the hotel’s cluster director of sales and marketing explained, the package starts from Rp 1 million++ per room per night exclusively for the Deluxe Room category.
Dinecation can be booked easily via the Four Points by Sheraton website (fourpointsjakartathamrin.com), while Marriott Bonvoy members can book through the eponymous app.
