From March 10 to April 10, guests will be immersed in a luxury, lavish Iftar journey at Bel Étage restaurant through an artful curation to break the fast.

Meanwhile, the outdoor live grill features beef, lamb chops, salmon and seabass, all paired with Bel Etage’s special sauces and condiments, with an array of desserts including nastar, pandan cake croquembouche, raspberry rocher assorted jajanan pasar, umm Ali, and baklava.
To further elevate the Iftar experience, J.J.A. brings a taste of a Levantine Feast, from the robust spices of Jordan to the aromatic herbs of Lebanon, bringing together a harmonious blend of flavors honoring the eastern Mediterranean’s culinary heritage.
With a focus on quality and locally sourced ingredients, each menu item is carefully curated to ensure the best and most genuine dining experience. Diners will be delighted by an array of appetizers such as Arabic bread paired perfectly with black olive hummus, parsley mint tabbouleh, tomato fattoush complemented by line-caught snapper with hara sauce, cage-free chicken musakhan, Lamb tagine and tourlou vegetables, Arabic rice, with a final heavenly bite of umm Ali and vanilla ice cream.
