Mowilex provides interior, exterior paints to pioneering Bali International Hospital

PT Mowilex Indonesia (Mowilex), a leading producer of premium paints and wood coatings, is proud to supply its paints to the newly developed Bali International Hospital.
Built on a 50,000-square-meter site, the 250-bed facility is a green hospital designed according to global healthcare standards. It is expected to increase medical tourism to Indonesia while expanding domestic access to international-quality medical care.
The superior quality of its products earned Mowilex its role in the hospital development project, which used select paint and coating products to meet its specific needs.
The hospital exterior used Mowilex Weathercoat Supreme, a premium paint that stands up to extreme weather, humidity, UV rays and dirt and carries a retail warranty of up to 18 years, the longest in its category. Meanwhile, various interior areas of the hospital used Mowilex Cendana Antibacterial.
Mowilex became Indonesia’s only certified carbon neutral manufacturer in 2019 and received its fifth consecutive certification in 2023. The company supports projects that share its environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments, and Bali International Hospital is one such project: The hospital incorporates green materials and energy-efficient technologies in its aim to protect public health, conserve resources and increase environmental awareness.

Bali International Hospital is a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Bina Medika IHC, the state-owned hospital holding company, and is located in the Sanur Health Special Economic Zone (SEZ).
