he newly released cookbook Main Rasa Bersama Sasa (Playing with Flavors with Sasa) is more than just a collection of exclusive recipes for Indonesian and international cuisine.

Presented by PT Sasa Inti, Indonesia’s leading food and seasoning company, the 133-page cookbook features flavors that bring back scrumptious gastronomic memories, combining culinary innovation, cultural wealth, and excellence on every page.

Main Rasa Bersama Sasa was launched on Jan. 25 in Jakarta. The event was attended by Chef Norman Ismail, a decades-long veteran of the culinary industry, as well as other guests who took part in enlivening the event by trying out several recipes in the book.

“Through the book Main Rasa Bersama Sasa, we are sharing not only recipes but also inspiration for happiness and the story behind every dish, accompanied by attractive illustrations. We want to give a new experience connected to Sasa products by reviving the scrumptious memories from Indonesia and other countries,” said Fenny Kusnaidy, brand communication and marketing director at PT Sasa Inti.

“Sasa is more than just seasoning and food products. It also opens the door to diverse flavours and to creating foods from foreign countries,” she said.

Main Rasa Bersama Sasa is available for purchase at the nearest Gramedia bookstore and Gramedia’s official online store.
