n Wednesday, Administrative and Bureaucratic Reforms Minister Rini Widyantini attended the inaugural cabinet meeting of the administration of President Prabowo Subianto at the State Palace in Jakarta. On the occasion, President Prabowo emphasized several things, one of which was the need to provide the best services for the people of Indonesia.

"I urge all ministers to be bolder and to have no hesitation in providing the best service for our citizens," he stated.

The President also mentioned the need for bureaucratic improvements to facilitate public access. He acknowledged that some people viewed government bureaucracy as often complicating rather than simplifying public services.

Therefore, Prabowo asked each minister to make improvements, including replacing officials who were reluctant to serve the public. This aims to simplify and accelerate the bureaucracy to help improve public welfare.

The President also asked the ministers to ensure the implementation of established programs. This included realizing the food self-sufficiency program for national independence, as well as downstreaming, which is key to a nation's prosperity, along with nutritious food programs.

"I really want to prioritize teamwork, so in the near future, I will invite all of you to Magelang, where we will spend several days enhancing our skills, and we will hold coordination at the military academy in Magelang," he concluded.

After the cabinet meeting, reforms minister Rini Widyantini said various strategic policies that had already been implemented would continue. Certainly, it had to be in line with the vision and mission of President Prabowo and Vice President Gibran, encapsulated in eight missions known as Asta Cita, particularly point four, which focuses on strengthening human resource development, and point seven, which emphasizes the strengthening of reforms in politics, law and bureaucracy.

"The President emphasized the implementation of duties by all ministers. In this context, the [reforms ministry] has a strategic role to ensure good governance and optimize human resources, as well as fill positions of the state civil apparatus (ASN) in the Red and White Cabinet effectively," she said.

Bureaucratic improvements continue, a Presidential Regulation on the Government Performance Accountability System (SAKP), which will serve as the basis for ministries and agencies to achieve national development goals (shared outcomes). This is in line with President Prabowo's directive that his ministers should work efficiently and measurably for the people.
