Install these workout apps to get your own virtual personal trainer at home and keep you motivated in achieving your fitness goals.

JEFIT

For bodybuilders or regular gym-goers who dislike complicated user interfaces, JEFIT provides an interesting option. You can create your own workout plans or use the app's featured programs such as "Six Weeks Six Pack Abs" or "Toning Those Curves". Once you sign up, you will be given access to more than 1,300 free animated exercises.

Nike+ Training Club

Designed for women, Nike+ Training Club allows you to work out at your own pace. It has different levels of training, from beginner to advanced. The training comes with video guidance, equipped with audio and step-by-step images. It allows you to choose specific goals such as "Get Lean", "Get Toned", "Get Strong" and "Get Focused". You can also stay motivated by doing workouts featuring Nike pro athletes and designed by Nike master trainers.

Endomondo

Running, walking, cycling, kayaking and mountain biking are among the activities supported by Endomondo. It conveniently allows you to see your duration, speed, distance and calories. It can also be synced with Google Fit or MyFitnessPal and is compatible with fitness devices such as Pebble, Android Wear and Apple Watch.

The Johnson & Johnson Official 7 Minute Workout

The Johnson & Johnson Official 7 Minute Workout features videos of Chris Jordan, the man behind the original seven-minute workout. Over 1,000 variations are available based on the app’s customized 72 exercises and 22 workouts. Also, circuits, music and time can be adjusted when you are working out.

Zombies, Run!

Zombie enthusiasts will enjoy using this app as it takes you into a world full of zombies to encourage you to keep running. The audio guidance will tell you when the zombies are trying to catch you in each mission. This award-winning app has 200 missions that will make you run everywhere, including at the gym. Just like in a zombie apocalypse, it also features a "Base Builder" where you can gather supplies to rebuild your town.

Pocket Yoga

Pocket Yoga allows you to set the duration and level of yoga sessions based on your preferences.
