Apple Watch
To use Apple Watch as a fitness tracker, you need to first open the app, choose from an array of exercises, then pick how many calories you want to burn or how long you want to exercise. At its core, the watch encourages you to be active every day with its exercise rings. Your goal is to close each ring every day, comprising “stand”, which requires one minute of standing over 12 separate hours, “move”, which closes when you meet your daily goal, and “exercise”, which closes when you reach the recommended 30 minutes every day, plus you don’t have to do it all at once.
