The films, namely Sinampura (2015) by I Putu Oka Sudarsana, Udhar (2014) by Tunggul Banjaransari, Jagawana (2015) by Svetlana Dea and Neng Kene Aku Ngenteni Koe (Here, I’m Waiting For You) (2015) by Jeihan Angga, offer documentary, fiction and horror genres. They were picked by Bali-based organization Minikino due to their similar theme of the relationship between God and humans.

Established in 2002, Minikino aims to promote local short films by routinely conducting screenings, workshops and discussions.
Aside from Indonesia, other Southeast Asian countries also participating in the event include Myanmar, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore. (kes)
