wedish fashion retailer H&M is scheduled to launch its latest ‘Conscious Exclusive 2017’ collection on April 20 in 160 stores worldwide. Designated as limited edition, the collection is made from Bionic, a recycled polyester made from plastic shoreline waste, as well as other sustainable materials including, organic cotton, organic silk, and recycled polyester tulle.

For womenswear, products comprise of clothes, bags and other accessories. One such item, the Pleated Long Dress, is made from recycled polyester Bionic. This long, sleeveless dress is available in a powder beige color that gives a sense of lightness for its wearers.

Meanwhile, there is also the Mesh Shopper, a bag made from string mesh with two handles and available in two colors; light blue and light pink. Those in search of environmental-friendly accessories can purchase the blue-white Clip Earrings, designed with metal and plastic sequins, metal beads and recycled polyester.

In addition to womenswear, the ‘Conscious Exclusive 2017’ also boasts relaxed formal wear for men and, for the first time, kids’ pieces.

“For the design team at H&M, this year’s ‘Conscious Exclusive’ is a chance to dream and create pieces that are both quirky and beautiful,” said H&M’s head of design and creative director Pernilla Wholfahrt in a press release. “It’s great to be able to show just what is possible with sustainable materials like we have done with the delicate plissé dress made of Bionic.”

In Indonesia, this new collection is only available at the Grand Indonesia Shopping Mall, Central Jakarta, with the starting price of Rp 449,000 ($33).
