I don’t think Malaysians feel superior to Indonesians. I wonder why do Indonesians felt inferior? Can anyone explain?

No one is inferior to one another. Indonesia has something which Malaysia does not — a tribal mentality! I’m an Indonesian and proud to be so.

I am a Malaysian, and I don’t think any one should feel inferior to another. Certainly, neither Indonesia is inferior to Malaysia nor Malaysia inferior to Indonesia.
As a matter of fact, a majority of Malaysians and Indonesians come from the same roots, sharing the traditions and practices. It is quite odd, then, to even think that one is inferior to the other.
That said, I do feel that the actions or mistakes of a few officials manning our waters, and the following overreaction of certain parties should not and must not affect the strong relationship the two countries have.
