JAKARTA: Singer Bunga Citra Lestari, popularly known as BCL, and her Malaysian husband Ashraf Sinclair were over the moon when BCL gave birth to a baby boy this week.

According to Kapanlagi.com, BCL’s manager Dodi said the 27-year-old singer had a caesarian on Wednesday at Brawijaya  Women and Children Hospital in South Jakarta.

Ashraf, a TV soap opera star, proudly showed pictures of him cuddling his 3.5-kilogram baby on his Twitter account.

“All this still has not hit me yet.. I’m a dad now. I can’t wait to hold him in my arms,” Ashraf said. “As I keep watch over @bclsinclair sleeping, I can’t stop feeling so proud of her.”

Many celebrities replied and congratulated the couple throughout the day. — JP
