Prominent lawyer Tuti Hadinoto passes away

AKARTA: Prominent capital market lawyer Tuti Dewi Hadinoto passed away Saturday and was buried on Sunday in Jakarta.

Tuti passed away at the age of 55. She was one of the founding partners of the Hadiputranto, Hadinoto and Partners (HPP) law firm which was established in 1989, the firm said a statement sent to The Jakarta Post on Sunday.

HPP is the member of Baker and McKenzie International.

Tuti had more than 20 years of experience practicing law, and her extensive expertise in capital markets positioned her as a prominent securities lawyer.

She was the head of the capital markets practice at HHP, focusing on, among other things, initial public offerings, secondary offerings, and rights issues. — JP
