ity police said on Wednesday that the city prosecutor’s office had returned the embezzlement case dossier of former president Soeharto’s grandson, Ari Haryo Wibowo Harjojudanto, popularly known as Ari Sigit, to the police for completion.

Police spokesman Sr. Comr. Rikwanto said the police would question Ari further as well as two other suspects, Alung and Sir John, next week.

They were named suspects in May for their alleged involvement in the embezzlement of Rp 2.5 billion (US$265,000) from PT Krakatau Wajatama, a subsidiary of state-owned steel company PT Krakatau Steel, in a land dredging project in Cilegon, Banten.

The three men have been charged with fraud and embezzlement under the Criminal Code and may face up to four years in jail if found guilty.
