he Bruschetta Italian Restaurant, located at Hotel Borobudur Jakarta, is offering the city’s food enthusiasts the opportunity to savor a special set menu featuring Italian food and wine.
For three days only, from Oct. 11-13, diners can choose either the Rp 880,000 five-course menu, or Rp 1.2 million with additional wine.
The menu includes seared goose liver, caviar crostini, roast veal tenderloin and cinnamon ice cream. All the restaurant’s dishes, most with ingredients imported from Italy, are created by executive chef Eduard Betz.
