It's black Monday for telecommunications in Indonesia and the Indonesian Internet society.
It has created legal and business uncertainty. The ministry of kominfo stated that IM2 did not break any law, but this was ignored by the panel of judges and the Attorney General.
The appeal to higher court is definitely the way to find justice.
