nterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) ' one of the world's largest hotel companies ' and Felicity Asset Co. Ltd., have signed an agreement to build Holiday Inn & Suites Rayong City Centre, the first IHG property in Rayong.

The 300-room hotel will be in the heart of Rayong's city center adjacent to the Laemtong Shopping Mall. It is conveniently close to ten of Thailand's major industrial parks including the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Park and Map Ta Phut Industrial Park.

Holiday Inn & Suites Rayong City Centre will be the first international branded hotel in Rayong's city center. The hotel offers 240 guest rooms and 60 suites for guests staying for longer periods. Other facilities include an all day-dining restaurant, a rooftop signature restaurant and bar, meeting facilities, swimming pool, pool bar and fitness center.

'Rayong attracts a large number of business travelers due to its close proximity to some of Thailand's major industrial parks. The hotel, situated in the middle of the city center, is a perfect location for those staying overnight or longer,' Felicity Asset Managing Director Pattamaporn Nokhong said in an official release.

Holiday Inn & Suites Rayong City Centre is the first IHG hotel in Rayong.

It joins the 16 existing IHG hotels in Thailand, which includes 9 Holiday Inn properties.
