he Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) on Tuesday named a staffer at the Sabang Port Free Trade Agency (BPKS), identified as RI; and the head of state construction firm PT Nindya Karya's North Sumatra branch, identified as HS; as suspects in a graft case in Sabang, Aceh.

The case revolves around an alleged budget markup of the construction of a loading dock in Sabang's free trade area, which took place from 2006 to 2010, KPK spokesperson Johan Budi said.

"RI and HS are suspected to have violated the law and abused their authority to enrich themselves or others or a corporation," he told a press conference at the KPK headquarters in Kuningan, South Jakarta.

It is speculated that RI is Ramadhani Ismy, and HS is Heru Sulaksono.

The KPK charged them with Article 2 or 3 of Law No.31/1999 on corruption, according to Johan.

The alleged corruption was estimated to have caused Rp 249 billion (US$23.1 million) in state losses, he added.
