nggara Putra Trisula, the son of a retired high-ranking policeman who is the suspect in a hit-and-run case at SMA Hang Tuah 2 in Sidoarjo, East Java, underwent a psychological examination at Bhayangkara Hospital on Wednesday.

Anggara was escorted by personnel from Sidoarjo Police during the examination.

"We conducted the examination upon a request from investigators [at Sidoarjo Police]. We carried out several tests, including an interview," said Rony Subagyo, a psychiatrist who examined Anggara.

Meanwhile, Anggara did not comment much on the incident. "I am shocked," he told reporters as quoted by kompas.com on Wednesday.

Anggara allegedly crashed his car into a number of students of SMA Hang Tuah 2 high school in Sidoarjo on Oct. 31.

According to witnesses, Anggara, who was riding a silver car, was angry after being prevented by the school's security guard from entering the school.

He later crashed his car into some students before he took off. Anggra has been charged under Article 360 of the Criminal Code on negligence leading to death, which carries a five year prison sentence.
