four-in-one dining venue is the latest concept brought to you by the Pullman Jakarta, a welcomed addition to the city's booming restaurant scene.
Literally meaning 'Here and There', Sana Sini is the hotel's newest F&B establishment that consists of four mini restaurants offering a buffet for lunch and dinner.
As guests walk in the venue, they will be taken into a dining experience in which they are offered Chinese, Japanese, and Western and Indonesian cuisine.
The Makaron Bakeshop also sells local delicacies, a variety of cakes, gourmet Italian coffee and macarons.
Situated on the hotel's ground floor, this four-in-one dining venue provides a vibrant space with floor to ceiling glass that allows natural light to brighten all areas. There are also semi-private cozy sofas and intimate booth seating that add comfort.
Experienced chefs
All four restaurants feature an open kitchen concept where guests can enjoy live food preparation by chefs.
'Each area of Sana Sini is led by an experienced chef. Currently, we have six international chefs. Four of them are respectively from France, China, Belgium and the United States; and the other two are from Japan. These chefs work hand-in-hand with renowned Indonesian chefs, presenting their best dishes,' Stephane Duguet-Lesvignes, the hotel's director of Food & Beverage, said.
Among the recommended dishes are homemade noodles and fried duck offered in the Chinese food area, an array of satay served in the Indonesian cuisine area, various European salads and Australian meats from Western fare selections, and a variety of sushi and sashimi from the Japanese menu.
