akarta: Property developer PT Sinar Mas Land has expanded its business to include leasing warehouses at Kota Wisata CommPark, the company's newly integrated commercial hub in Cibubur, East Jakarta.
The company is offering 326 warehouse units in the 8.6 hectare commercial hub with prices starting from Rp 900,000 (US$79.58) per unit.
'The demand for supporting facilities like the warehouses is increasing along with the area's flourishing business activities,' said Sinar Mas Land managing director of corporate strategy and services, Ishak Chandra, as quoted by kontan.co.id. He added that there was a paucity of warehouses around the industrial area, which is located close to Cibubur as well as Cileungsi in Bogor.
Sinar Mas Land has been diversifying its business to include areas other than the residential sector, in order to cope with the decrease in demand for houses in 2014.
