he Jakarta Environment Management Board (BPLHD) is expected to ask the city administration to revoke the operational license of the management of Kalibata City apartment complex in Kalibata subdistrict, South Jakarta.
The plan has emerged after the apartment's management was found to have neglected seven broken wastewater treatment plants across the complex, despite several warnings issued by the BPLHD since the beginning of August.
"If the management does not take action in near future, we will suspend the apartment complex's license," he said on Wednesday as quoted by beritajakarta.com.
Previously, the BPLHD warned the apartment's management after learning they had dumped the untreated wastewater in local waterways.(evi)
