ine vehicles were involved in an accident on Jl. Letjen S. Parman, West Jakarta, on Saturday morning. No casualties have been reported.

The accident occurred when a Mayasari Bhakti bus heading to Tomang from the Slipi intersection, which allegedly had a faulty brake, hit a motorcycle and a car. The motorcycle was sandwiched between the bus and the car, but the rider only suffered a minor injury, kompas.com reported.

Several other cars behind the bus also hit one another. 

The bus driver, identified only as Babay, 36, tried to flee from the scene but was apprehended by a security officer from a nearby building.

The West Jakarta Police are investigating the case. (iwa)
