Men waiting for ‘sahur’ stabbed by motorbike gang in Depok

embers of a motorbike gang in Depok, West Java, reportedly stabbed five men without reason. The victims were waiting for sahur (predawn meal) on Thursday.
The victims are Haikal, 15; Muhammad Ilham, 17; Adam Fatwa, 18; Sopian, 22; and Dicky, 22. They are all undergoing treatment at Citama Hospital in Pabuaran, Bogor Regency.
Pancoran Mas Police chief Comr. Roni Wowor said the victims were hanging out while waiting for sahur at around 2.30 a.m. prior to the violence. The attackers immediately ran away after stabbing the five men.
“Some people in the area woke up and took them to the hospital,” Roni said as quoted by kompas.com.
The police, he said, were investigating and searching for the perpetrators. (das)
