n order to improve performance in the provision of intellectual property services, the Intellectual Property Directorate General (DJKI) of the Law and Human Rights Ministry held a Performance Evaluation Meeting (Evkin) for Semester II.

The Evkin is aimed at measuring targets and performances that have been prepared by the DJKI in the current budget year.

This was communicated by acting director general of intellectual property Razilu when opening the Evkin, which was held from Dec. 1 to 4 at the Shangri-La Hotel in Jakarta.

"A good performance measurement system will be useful for achieving good governance and optimizing organizational performance in the future," said Razilu.

Through the Evkin, all levels in the DJKI are evaluated and their achievements measured, including the problems and obstacles faced by each work unit. So that the evaluation carried out can produce recommendations and innovations to improve the performance of DJKI services.

"I hope this activity can provide an overview of the results of the DJKI's performance during the 2021 fiscal year that became the basis for the preparation of the DJKI Leading Program for the 2022 and 2023 fiscal years," explained Razilu.
