Meetings and collaborations made easy with BenQ

hen the COVID-19 pandemic put a halt to all face-to-face meetings and the way we do business, the world adjusted by accelerating the rate of digitalization and people grew accustomed to the new normal. Before we knew it, office conference rooms were replaced by the comfort of our home office, and conversations between coworkers were done via video chat or messaging applications.

As we slowly come back to the office and adjust to a new normal, the one thing we should not leave behind is the benefits of digitalization. BenQ plans to make business meetings more seamless and efficient through its innovative solutions. In order to do this, BenQ is introducing high brightness business projectors, interactive flat panels (IFP), a wireless presentation solution and a smart display into office conference rooms. BenQ unlocks unlimited potential for businesses to share, present and collaborate instantly in the modern workplace.

BenQ has designed a business projector with high brightness, durability and performance that befits its reputation as the number one digital light processing (DLP) technology brand worldwide. These projectors can deliver up to 8,000 lumens of high brightness, improving visibility for clarity, unlike any other brand.

Using BlueCore Laser Projection technology, the product has a dual color wheel system that delivers flawless RGBY color performance with enhanced color intensity, balance and fidelity. Moreover, it was engineered for 24/7 continuous operation, as the laser light source is rated for 20,000 hours of operation at full brightness without lamp replacement for continuously uninterrupted operation. The product is also equipped with a built-in Android operating system, enabling easy wireless projection, built-in business apps and over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates.

BenQ’s Smart Projector for Business, meanwhile, is equipped with a built-in Android operating system, enabling easy wireless projection, built-in business apps and over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates.

The IFPs are used to foster collaboration and facilitate meetings with the Cloud Whiteboard, along with the Account Management System (AMS). Everyone is able to collaborate, edit and share notes between IFPs remotely with the Cloud Whiteboard, even featuring sticky notes as an additional feature. The AMS is a software application designed to manage multiple and unlimited user devices on IFPs. Therefore, every time a person logs in, it can be treated as a personal desktop. The 20-point multi-touch and 4K UHD resolution is the perfect innovation to get points across efficiently. The product’s Smart Eye-Care and Air Quality Sensor also ensure that the meeting room is up to the best standard when it comes to keeping employees healthy.

Up next is the InstaShow™ wireless presentation system, an easy-to-use, plug-and-play solution to be able to start meetings by pressing a button. By plugging in hardware, the system allows multiple presenters to lead from any device, allowing up to 16 presenters simultaneously. To simplify sharing, it is compatible with any platform and does not require software to download. BenQ understands the sensitivity to information shared in a single meeting; therefore, the product also provides enterprise-class encryption so that security will not be an issue to worry about.

Smart signage is the last innovation needed for any meeting room but is just as essential as all the others. As if sharing data was not already seamless enough with the InstaShow™ wireless presentation system, take it a step further and connect it to the BenQ Smart Signage ST series. Just as the former, it is also designed to get ideas across, regardless of what device is used. Moreover, the series makes it easy to share to other devices so that everyone in the meeting can also take a closer look at the content with their own devices, instead of just on the big screen. With just one simple installation of the InstaShare app, it enables simple wireless presentation and collaboration by screen mirroring photos, presentations and Full HD videos to the smart signage.

The product also comes with a built-in browser, as well as video conferencing apps such as Zoom and Blizz. Also like the former product, it allows up to 16 users and/or devices the ability to quickly access and collaborate on files. Its slim and narrow bezel design will suit rooms of any size and maybe even upgrade a simple room’s interior design.
