To improve its excellent services, the hotel has just recently appointed Yudith Dwi Astuti as its newest director of marketing communications from May 2022 onward.
Yudith began her career in the broadcasting industry as a radio announcer in 1998 while actively teaching university-level business management. She moved to Trans TV Jakarta to become a reporter and join creative production in 2022.
In 2004, however, she found her calling in the hospitality industry and joined the Ritz-Carlton Bahrain as guest relations and business center officer. Finding enjoyment and new challenges in a diverse cultural environment, Yudith continued her career as an income auditor at Fairmont Dubai in 2005 for four years.
Yudith returned to Indonesia in 2009 and joined Shangri-La Jakarta, PT. Holcim and most recently Gran Melia Jakarta as an assistant director of marketing and communications. Yudith, with her accomplishments and extensive leadership experience, is ready to direct the marketing team, consisting of the marketing communications coordinator, digital marketing executive and graphic designer at the iconic luxury hotel in the heart of Jakarta.
