mbrace the essence of Indonesian-inspired dining at the iconic John Hardy Boutique and Gallery in Seminyak. Unveiling an unforgettable menu crafted by Executive Chef Tomy Suputra, this celebration of heritage recipes promises a remarkable culinary journey during the festive season.

Originally rooted in communal gatherings at their Mambal workshop, the renowned Long Table Lunch tradition has flourished into an institution at John Hardy's Seminyak Boutique and Gallery. It's a cherished opportunity to savor authentic Indonesian cuisine while honoring the rich culinary tapestry that defines the island and its diverse cultural influences.

Amid the striking two-story gallery and dining space, meticulously designed overlooking terraced gardens and temples, the Long Table Lunch experience has been meticulously recreated in Seminyak.

Polly Purser, senior director of heritage for John Hardy, said, "The Long Table Lunch embodies the essence of Indonesian food, embracing traditional cooking methods, indigenous spices and locally sourced organic produce. It's a tribute to Bali and the captivating Indonesian archipelago."

With a newly curated festive menu and exquisitely crafted cocktails, John Hardy Seminyak has become an irresistible haven for epicureans seeking an authentic local dining affair, perfect for sharing with friends, family and holiday visitors.

The festive feast boasts a sumptuous nine-course menu, culminating in two delightful dessert offerings. Indulge in local delicacies like nasi bakar, savory Sumatran beef short ribs, succulent fish cooked in banana leaves, signature tofu dishes and more, accompanied by Chef Tomy's curated sambal assortment and krupuk.

"At John Hardy, our dedication to preserving cultural heritage extends from our artisanal jewelry to immersive culinary experiences," said Polly. "We cherish the indigenous ingredients, the ancestral rice cultivated at our workshop and the local partnerships that define Indonesia's vibrant cultural tapestry."

From Balinese coffee to handcrafted cocktails infused with local flavors, John Hardy Seminyak offers an array of dining experiences, ranging from traditional snacks to captivating sunset picnics.

Elevating the Long Table Lunch and introducing a private dinner experience is a unique tribute to relishing Indonesian flavors amid an exceptional setting during the festive season.

The festive feast is priced at Rp550,000++ per person, while beverages such as wine, cocktails and traditional mocktails are available separately, ensuring a truly personalized dining experience.

This exclusive menu will be available from Dec. 1 to 31. To secure a seat at this culinary celebration, advance booking is recommended. During the festive season, guests can also relish a private dinner experience amid the enchanting garden with a minimum of 10 guests.
