omen Empower Women At Work (WEWAW.id) Indonesia celebrated its fourth anniversary with WEtheWAW: Move Forward, themed "Mastering the Digital Future: Sustainability, Predictive Analytics, Content Creation" on Oct. 6 at the Menara Imperium in Kuningan, South Jakarta.

The event aimed to prepare young women, which the community dubs “WAWgirls”, to thrive in the digital age by equipping them with essential skills to face future challenges.

Approximately 200 participants attended the event in person and virtually, taking part in engaging sessions to gain new insights and skills to take advantage of the digital era.

A discussion with Elcorps brand vice president Tika Mulya, titled “Predictive Analytics of Consumer 5.0”, explored how businesses can use predictive analytics to identify future consumer trends.

Meanwhile, information technology planning manager Nur Rachmawati from PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional and entrepreneur Okki Sutanto led the "Being Sustainable with Digital Skills" discussion, on how digital skills can help businesses and individual careers align with sustainability principles.

The WEtheWAW event also offered two workshops to present participants with practical experiences in content creation.

Nur Rahmah, a commercial and fashion videographer, led the workshop on “Creating Aesthetic Videos Like a Content Creator" to guided participants in creating visually appealing content for personal branding and digital businesses. Wisakademi cofounder Kevin Jonathan led the “AI-Powered Content Creation” workshop, providing insights on leveraging artificial intelligence to simplify the process of creating content and enhance efficiency and productivity by harnessing the power of AI tools.
