"In all these ways, we help reshape Indonesian society for the better and turn the country into Southeast Asia’s digital powerhouse. We are proud to take on this responsibility.”

Indosat Ooredoo has continued to expand its 4G network coverage throughout the country by providing 4G/LTE services to 124 remote villages this year. The network deployment is part of the company’s commitment to supporting the government’s program to expand 4G coverage throughout Indonesia and deploy 4G/LTE services across 645 remote villages by 2022.

On this occasion, we would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to all customers and the people of Indonesia, business partners, regulators, shareholders and many other parties who have supported the growth of Indosat Ooredoo," Ahmad continued in his closing statement.

Ahmad also mentioned an upcoming merger as another chapter in the company’s journey to become a world-class digital telco.

"So, let’s embrace Bi54 Bangkit Bersama spirit and continue to expand our role as Indonesia’s digital driver,” he said.
