Starting from 5 p.m., guests can grab various sweets from the Takjil Corner. Following takjil (breaking-of-the-fast snack) comes beef bulgogi, assorted modern sushi, roasted duck, Singaporean laksa, chicken tandoori and more. Holiday Inn Jakarta Kemayoran offers an early bird promotional package starting from March 24 at Rp 225,000 (US$15.67) per person.
"Unlike the previous years, we're taking our guests on a journey to Asian countries such as Korea, Japan, China, and the Middle East through each country's authentic dishes," said executive chef Nur Deslianto.
"As we're still following the public activity restrictions [PPKM] policy, we will be limiting the number of daily guests. Therefore, we recommend that guests make reservations before coming to the restaurant. The operational team in charge will put social distancing and other protocols in place," says director of sales Indah Susanti.
