ust in time for Ramadan, Hilton Garden Inn Jakarta Taman Palem introduces Darfi Darli as its new executive chef, along with a new menu to showcase Darli’s talent.

Chef Darfi will provide Asian cuisine and an all-you-can-eat buffet concept for a month during Ramadan at The Garden Grille & Bar restaurant, located on the fifth floor. With indoor as well as an outdoor area. The buffet will be open until 9.00 p.m.

Chicken shawarma, asinan Jakarta and beef tongseng are prepared as signature dishes. His menu will include kebuli rice and meat shawarma at the Arabic counter. Those who prefer food closer to home can also opt for the jajanan ceria counter for Indonesian food and snacks. There will also be a choice of noodles or laksa.

The Ramadan breaking of the fast promo is available until May 1st, 2022, with prices starting from Rp 165,000++ per person. Children under the age of six can dine for free, while those aged from six to 12 will enjoy a 50 percent discount. Furthermore, guest also can enjoy a Ramadan Staycation include suhoor and a la carte iftar starting from Rp 755,000++ per room per night.
