nterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah invites guests to dine with them during the holy month with the best “Cuisines of the Far East,” their theme for this year’s soirees.
From the kitchens of four maestros, including MasterChef Indonesia’s Degan Septoadji, the hotel’s Sugar & Spice will serve fine culinary treasures from East Indonesia, West Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, China and Thailand for Iftar. The buffet starts at Rp 515,000++ (US$35.88) per person. Guests are also invited to lounge with a Takjil package at Rp 288,000++ per person including an a la carte choice from among some of the most popular dishes.
Moreover, guests are urged to try the hotel’s master mixologist Bill Wismoyo’s interpretation of a unique Padang drink, Kopi and Teh Tahlua, starting from Rp 72,000++, while Indonesian pastry chef star Kim Pangestu is offering a variety of traditional sweet treats at the Ramadan Cake Shop.
This year, InterContinental is working with fashion designer Ria Miranda for the most elegant hampers; the Diamond starts at Rp 3.4 million, while Titanium is at Rp 2.6 million. Guests are also offered attractive stay packages, including family-style halal bihalal lunch and dinner, to celebrate Lebaran at the hotel.
