Responding to these qualifications, Bunda Mulia University has decided to participate in nurturing the new generation of workforce equipped with data science expertise that can answer industry needs.
To that end, Bunda Mulia University has dedicated Data Science as a study program, providing opportunities for its graduates to obtain a Bachelor's degree in "Data Science" and producing young professionals who have expert competence in processing data, from analyzing problems to finding the most appropriate solutions in various fields.
"It is believed that data science is able to bring about the transformation and innovation that we need for our nation to compete globally. The variety of transformations and innovations originates from Artificial Intelligence (AI), which opens up opportunities for maximum data processing,” said Young Dame Napitupulu, marketing director of Bunda Mulia University.
Along with the momentum of Ramadan, Bunda Mulia University invited members of the media to get to know more about data science through breaking the fast together and the talk show “Break the Opportunity with Data”, which was held at The UBM Resto, Ancol Campus.
During the event, Fransiskus Adikara as Bunda Mulia University Dean of the Faculty of Technology & Design explained data science in general along with the UBM Data Science Study Program, which will produce young Data Scientists needed by the industry. Attending members of the media were also able to gain insight into the application of Data Science in the world of journalism.
With its Data Science study program, Bunda Mulia University, with the tagline “Bridging Education to the Real World”, will continue to produce young generations of accomplished data experts who will carve out their achievements in various industries to advance Indonesia.
