Raffles Bali presents first well-being retreat

I

n conjunction with Global Wellness Day, Raffles Bali is set to hold its first-ever well-being retreat, crafted carefully by a group of wellness specialists, from June 9 to 12.

The Five Senses of Wellness blends bespoke wellness sessions, cultural activities and culinary experiences to help well-traveled connoisseurs relax and reach new levels of serenity and life balance, according to the hotel.

It said that the retreat would feature a blessing ceremony performed by a local priest, yoga, Qi Gong and the famed Raffles Serenity Ritual.

The Raffles Serenity Ritual, launched in 2019, is part of Raffles Hotels & Resorts’ commitment to enhance the comfort of guests and help them unwind, indulge in a peaceful night's rest and wake up feeling rejuvenated.

“The well-being journey is complemented by an ikat [traditional dying technique] village visit as we immerse guests in Indonesia’s traditional fabrics, as well as a sound healing experience – an immersive light, sound and vibration treatment to awaken human potential – just to name a few,” the hotel wrote.

It said the well-being journey would stimulate participants’ five senses through physical activities, spiritual awakening and culinary journeys.

During the well-being retreat, well-traveled connoisseurs can also experience a series of dining offerings curated by Raffles Bali’s culinary team.
