o mark Ritz-Carlton Reserve’s seventh anniversary, Mandapa presents Sawah Terrace Sunday Brunch, featuring the finest local delicacies with the most luscious green backdrop Bali has to offer.
Located at the edge of the Reserve valley, Sawah Terrace provides panoramic views of the majestic Ayung River, with a menu that matches the luxury of the space. Under the leadership of executive chef Bayu Retno Timur, guests can choose traditional dishes such as tuna gohu (Ternate ceviche), sop buntut (oxtail soup), nasi campur (Indonesian rice bowls with condiments), babi guling (Balinese suckling pig), beef konro (Makassar’s slow roasted beef striploin), BBQ Jimbaran-style and more from their live stations and buffet.
Everyone is welcome to finish their meals with local desserts that highlight the authentic flavors of the archipelago, such as es dawet nangka, es serut, martabak manis, and more traditional Indonesian sweets for a taste of nostalgia. For those craving more than that, there is also a salad bar, hot pots, live station char grilled and house specialties, along with pass-around delicacies hopefully filled with one’s favorites.
The all-day-dining restaurant offers a new culinary experience every Sunday, starting from Aug. 21 from 12.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. The price is Rp 650,000++/person including beverages such as iced water, coffee, and tea. Additional beverage packages are available ranging from Rp 350,000 to Rp 650,000++ per person.
