Bali Seminyak’s award-winning oceanfront restaurant, Starfish Bloo, has unveiled a new menu starring locally sourced catches from the sea and garden-grown plants. From Feb. 1, 2023, guests can enjoy an array of organic seafood and plant-based dishes with local flair.

Start with the crowd favorite Beetroot Tortellini and Soft Shell Crab before indulging in the main courses, including Seared Local Tuna Steak with Sesame Chili Oil.

Pair them with traditional fermented drinks, such as kombucha and high-protein kefir, alongside locally grown coffee blends. Finally, cleanse your palate with Homegrown Carrots and Chocolate or Pears and Balinese Honey.

Starfish Bloo’s new menu also focuses on zero-waste dishes, including a pumpkin dish that uses every part of the fruit, from its seeds to its skin, carved to perfection.

As a further commitment to save the planet – and Bali – from waste, Starfish Bloo’s zero-waste cocktails use leftover fruit peels, vegetables and other ingredients.
