Guests can enjoy the Ramadan Tales room package with a staycation offer of 25 percent off on the flexible daily rate, available for Deluxe up to Executive Cityscape rooms. Sahur (pre-dawn meal) can be ordered directly to guests’ rooms, which are equipped with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and access to hotel facilities.

Iftar feast at Tom’s by Tom Aikens

With a breathtaking and therapeutic view from the 62^nd floor of the hotel overlooking Jakarta’s cityscape, Tom’s is remarkable for the involvement of the two-Michelin-star chef, Tom Aiken himself, involved first-hand in the restaurant’s distinguished performance.

Iftar dinner is always an important moment in the Ramadan season. This year, Tom’s by Tom Aikens  provides an Iftar Feast Buffet from March 22 to April 2, from 5:30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. (a la carte menu available after 8.30 p.m.), and from 5:30 to 10:00 p.m. on April 3 to 21, with buffet menu choices consisting of:

Appetizer

● Takjil counter: savory (fried fritters) and sweets (dates, baklava, Turkish delight,   bubur kacang hijau, bubur sum-sum, ketan hitam)

● Cold starter: cold mezze, antipasti station, mixed salad bar, composed salad

● Carving station: lamb uzi, kabuli rice, sauce condiments, roasted whole chicken, tomato garlic rice pilaf, creamed corn

Hot buffet

● Soup: cauliflower celeriac soup, erwten soup, seafood chowder, beef goulash, lentil soup,   harira soup

● Western buffet: chicken fricassee, chicken parmigiana, Louisiana BBQ chicken, beef cheek stew, beef Stroganoff, Lamb navarin, potato Lyonnaise, cauliflower gratin, roasted baby potato

● Grill station: chicken tikka, lamb kofta, tandoori kabobs, lamb kofta, tandoori chicken, Hariyali   chicken, tandoori fish, tandoori prawns, tandoori mushroom

● Pasta station: seafood marinara pasta, creamy mushroom fusilli

● Noodle station: fresh lamien beef broth, chili chicken mala lamien

The Iftar Feast Buffet dinner is available for booking at Rp 788,000++/ person for adults, and Rp 388,000++ for children ages 6 to 12.
