ulgari Resort Bali is unveiling the precious, handmade Bulgari’s chocolate gems, Il Cioccolato. Under the direction of the new executive chef, Stefano Nicodemo, a special Balinese cacao chocolate gem is introduced alongside the Il Cioccolato classic flavors.
Seducing the most demanding of chocolate connoisseurs, Il Cioccolato blends uniquely Italian ingredients including balsamic vinegar, fragrant amaro liqueur, Sicilian pistachio and Franciacorta Brandy wrapped in layers of rich chocolate bearing the signature Bulgari mark.
To reflect the available seasonal ingredients, Bulgari Resort Bali prepares various Il Cioccolato flavors such as black olive and maldon salt, fig balsamic, coffee hazelnut and more.
Meanwhile, the San Valentino edition chocolate gems are inspired by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, with 100 percent of its cacao derived from local farms in Bali. An assessment is currently underway to certify the chocolate blend as the first fair trade certified cacao in Indonesia.
Each flavor is packaged in a luxurious box of one, three, five or ten embellished with Bulgari’s iconic brand logo. The special San Valentino Il Cioccolato comes in a special-sleeved box bearing the UN Sustainable Development Goals colors.
