Roosterfish launches ocean-inspired dining

R

oosterfish Beach Club (RBC) launches head chef Setiawan Margie’s newly ocean-inspired dining concept. Aside from featuring 80 percent seafood-based dishes, he promises us locally and sustainably sourced dishes to share or have all to ourselves.

To elevate your experience alongside the ethereal Pandawa Beach, dive into this new menu as adventurously as you desire. For a sumptuous experience, the “Rooster Seafood Platter” is signature perfection; serving fresh oysters, grilled fish, tiger prawns and octopus. RBC is also vegetarian and non-seafood friendly to cater to various food preferences.

Margie aspires to bring joy to the hearts of the diners. “While our local fishermen provide us with their catch of the day, we also work with local suppliers to get fresh quality seafood daily,” he said. “Catch of the Day” will be your freshest platter of seafood, caught by local Pandawa fishermen.

An elixir of refreshing cocktails has been newly designed by head mixologist, Yoga Tomy. Top your ocean-inspired dining through the ocean-inspired mojitos, Rooster Colada and Watermelon Cosmo as they will leave an everlasting complement to the seafood cuisine.

Located just meters from the gentle waters of Pandawa Beach, savor your journey under the newly revamped cabanas and get lost in the expansive blue ocean and breeze.
