ulkul beach house, one of the gems of Nusa Dua, has officially reopened its doors to visitors. With a modern twist, the fully renovated beach house has returned with thoughtfully reimagined interiors and updated menus that include some of Indonesia’s most innovative cocktails. One thing that has remained the same though, is the gorgeous backdrop of the Indian Ocean.
Its name, derived from the traditional Balinese wooden bells that invite locals to gather for special moments, has aimed to do just that since its inception. With a swimming pool that spans 12 meters and a cozy ambiance provided by a mix of house and Mediterranean music, the beach house creates a space for relaxation; a chance to step away from life and on to the idyllic beach.
This time, the Kulkul kitchen returns with a greater emphasis on zero-waste drinking and dining. Still spotlighting as much produce as possible from local partners, the all-day menu features a range of vegetarian and vegan options alongside traditional comfort foods and superb seafood specialties. The new menu also offers innovative trends that combines old classics and emerging trends.
Kulkul relaunched on April 18 and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
