PNM gives reward to hundreds of inspiring employees

A

head of its 24th anniversary celebration, Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) gave surprises to its hundreds of employees. Under the tourism reward program, a number of local and international destinations were chosen as a way for the management to show appreciation of their employees who were inspiring and made many concrete contributions to the sustainability of the company’s business.

PNM employees from its central office, branches, subsidiaries and affiliated companies joined the tourist reward program, with Thailand being the initial destination. They departed for Thailand on Friday, May 19, 2023.

The recipients of the reward were selected through a tight curation process and had to compete with tens of thousands of candidates across Indonesia.

PNM’s business director Tjatur H. Priyono and the company’s operational director Sunar Basuki expressed their delight at seeing 111 employees from the PNM central office ready to leave for the destination.

“PNM is very thankful to have loyal employees who work optimally as part of the people’s economic driver. It was evident that as of April 2023, PNM has disbursed Rp 23.5 trillion in funds to Mekaar customers. This is the result of PNM employees’ hard work,” said Tjatur at Ballroom Menara PNM on May 19.

Under the PNM’s tourism reward program this year, the destination does not stop at Thailand, the land of white elephants, but will also include Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali and religious places such as the Vatican and the holy city of Mecca, with different departure schedules.

The appreciation has been given as part of PNM’s program to implement the theme of PNM’s 24th anniversary celebration, #BersamaNyataDalamKarya, which is expected to inspire other PNM employees to continue to maximize their potential and create collaborative work in empowering Indonesia’s ultra micro businesses.

“Synergy between the units, branches and the central office continue to be further strengthened because PNM can continue to grow, not because of the hard work of one person, but from active collaboration from all sides. Pray for PNM so that we can give the best for Indonesia’s ultra micro business players,” Tjatur said.
