25hours Hotel introduces new hotel in Jakarta for Q4 2023, first ever Asian branch

n partnership with Ennismore, Agung Sedayu Realestat Indonesia announces the opening of the first ever 25hour hotel property in Asia, 25hour hotel The Oddbird Jakarta, for Q4 2023, during a press conference.

A fast-growing company that is aiming to build property that enhances the quality of life for the surrounding community, ASRI has a proven track record of successfully creating and managing new iconic lifestyle destinations in Jakarta.

The 25hours Hotel The Oddbird, will be another proud addition to ASRI’s long list of high profile projects. The new hotel will also mark a new chapter for their hospitality collaboration with Ennismore, one of the fastest growing lifestyle hospitality companies that manages more than 14 lifestyle hospitality brands around the globe.

Located in the District 8 complex, the new hotel is the final addition to the building complex. A striking architectural feat that commands attention in the heart of the Sudirman Central Business District, the new hotel celebrates 25hours’ quirky and elaborate style of brand. Designed by the Swedish creative studio Stylt, the hotel offers a total of 345 stylistically distinct rooms that will be available for both hotel and residence, providing a fresh, colorful and lush experience for future guests.

Additionally, the hotel offers unique public area experiences, the heart of their hotel experience. These areas being a workplace fit for urban nomads, a vanity fair for odd birds and a starting point for thorough expeditions in the city.

“The Oddbird will be a one of a kind in Jakarta’s hospitality scene”, said Christoph Hoffman, founder of 25hours.

Aside from the unique stay experience, 25hours Hotel Jakarta also promises a slew of exotic food and beverage venues within the hotel. The main restaurant of the hotel, COPA, serves authentic South American cuisine, and their Monkey Bar, the same brand that exists in 25hours’ Berlin and Dubai branch, brings a Europearn bar culture to the rooftop of the hotel alongside a lively lobby lounge and bar, as well as a healthy pool bar to complete their suite of offerings. The hotel will also have a ballroom, meeting and themed events spaces, which also include karaoke lounges and comprehensive wellness facilities alongside an outdoor infinity swimming pool. This complete and exciting set of amenities are meant to become social spaces where travelers and hotel guests can meet to form a community.

It is also worth noting that 25hours Hotel Jakarta is entering into a strategic partnership with British premium car manufacturer, MINI, to provide transportation services to guests and enhance electric mobility offers.

Describing the significance of this milestone, Alexander Halim, CEO of ASRI said,
