Lily started her hospitality career in 1994 at the preopening of Shangri-La Hotel Surabaya. In 1999, she joined Marriott International at Sheraton Surabaya Hotel & Towers, where she spent over 20 years across various positions. Her noteworthy accomplishments include serving as Director of Catering & Convention Services and Director of Sales & Marketing. Additionally, she became the first woman General Manager at Marriott in Indonesia when she assumed the role at Fairfield by Marriott Bali Legian in 2016.
Most recently, Lily excelled as the General Manager of Aloft South Jakarta, playing a pivotal role in driving the hotel's success.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Lily is a passionate advocate for the development of women leaders and actively engages with the Indonesia Business Council.
