adma Resort Legian invites guests to experience the heart of a lush tropical forest through its afternoon tea experience. Guided by the artistic expertise of executive pastry chef Pang Yoon Hwa, inspired by Bali’s stunning backdrop and its beautiful ecosystem.
With each attractive plate, the resort takes pride in presenting the finest ingredients harvested from its very own garden, including fresh mint leaves, zesty lemons, blue butterfly pea flowers and more.
Guests are invited to sample a lavish assortment of 20 delightful treats from the exquisite array of sweet and savory bites. Among the stars of the sweet collection, the spotlight shines brightest on the unique mushroom-shaped Black Forest, the harmonious blend of Raspberry Pistachio Cake, the refreshing Lemon Mint Cake, among others.
Enhancing the experience, guests can choose between coffee or tea to accompany the afternoon delights. A distinctive charm resides in the thoughtfully homemade tea blends from the garden, including Chrysanberry, Pale Ruby and Purple Velvet. Each is chosen to complement the treats. Tea cocktail creations also available with additional charge.
