estled in the embrace of COMO Uma Ubud, the Italian-inspired restaurant Uma Cucina is thrilled to announce an exciting culinary partnership with Animale Restaurant Jakarta. Titled “Symphony of the Mediterranean: a Six-Course Gastronomic Soiree at Uma Cucina”, the event is set to take place from Nov. 7 to 9. With esteemed special guest Chef Andi Dionysius, chef patron of MDA Restaurants, this special event promises an unforgettable culinary experience.

Chef Andi Dionysius said, "At the heart of every dish is a story waiting to be told. ‘Symphony of the Mediterranean’ is an exploration of flavors that bridge cultures and reimagine the culinary experience."

The collaboration features dishes that reflect Chef Andi's adventurous ideas, like his signature snack trio of foie gras, frog legs and clams; dishes like his Mallo+Marrow (grilled  kinmedai, Sardinian malloredus, roasted bone marrow); and desserts such as the Oops cheese tart (Camembert, malto d’orzo cheese), all of which capture the essence of Mediterranean flavors while pushing the boundaries of creativity.

This gastronomic experience can be enjoyed at Rp 850,000++ per person, and guests can anticipate a memorable evening of fine dining, immersed in the enchanting atmosphere of Uma Cucina.
