adma Hotels is proud to announce its culinary excursion for the new year, following the success of its Padma Culinary Journey in 2023.
To start the new year right, the new concept will facilitate a dining exchange between all five Padma Hotels properties, taking the guests at each hotel on a tour through all their different dishes.
Guests who haven't had the opportunity to indulge at the restaurants in Padma Hotels’ Bali resorts can now savor their culinary creations in Bandung and Karawang in West Java, and in Semarang, Central Java. It also applies vice versa, as the concept aims to raise awareness about the culinary trends unique to each region.
At the helm is chef Sando Medrano from Padma Resort Legian’s award-winning Tenkai Japanese Nikkei Restaurant. With his expertise and Peruvian background, chef Sando is ready to astonish diners with dishes inspired from home, cooked to perfection using Japanese techniques.
All are invited to accompany chef Sandro as he packs his bags for his journey.
First up is the delicious BBQ experience featuring Chef Sandro at Padma Hotel Semarang on Jan. 13, followed by Nikkei’s tapas menu at Resinda Hotel Karawang on Jan. 17.
Next on the itinerary is the International Buffet Dinner featuring Chef Sandro at Padma Hotel Bandung on Jan. 20, to wrap up with Izakaya Night at Padma Resort Ubud on Jan. 23.
Please note that prices may vary.
